      HOME PREGNANCY TEST
      A pregnancy test is a test to detect the pregnancy hormone hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) in the blood or urine to determine whether or not a woman is pregnant
.
      HCG can be detected in urine or blood after implantation, which occurs on average 9 daye (range 6-12 days) after fertilization. Some home pregnancy tests claim to detect hCG as early as 4 days before the next expected period.

        HOME REMEDIES 
                   
              1.Bleach Test
 t                       Take a half cup of bleaching powder and mix first urine sample in a day. mixing it should either fizz or produce some foamy substances.if either of two occurs. you are pregnant.
2             2.Soap Test
                          Reacting urine with any soap.if soap froths or bubbles up. then are pregnant.
               3.Tuna juice & vinegar
                           Take 1/4 cup of vinegar and equal proportion of tuna juice mixed with your urine sample.if the colour changes to green then you are pregnant. if the colour changes to yellow or orange you are not pregnant.
                 
                           



       ULTRASOUND SCANNING
      Ultrasound how early can pregnancy be detected depends on seeing the gestational sac or the embryo and fetus. Once a pregnancy has advanced past the first 6-8 weeks, a pregnancy is usually easier to follow by sonography as more information is obtained in real time. In general a pregnancy is detectable 25 days after ovulation by transvaginal sonography (usually corresponding to an hCG level of > 1,500 miu/ml)


       FALSE PREGNANCY TEST
 i       False a pregnancy test that is positive but you are not pregnant. This can result from conditions like

  • 4.gestational trophoblastic diseases (GTD)
  • 5.gestational trophoblastic neoplasms (GTN)
  • 6.testicular germ cell malignancies
  • 7.hCG injection
